Good location but self check in Rate was good and they allowed you to store the luggage after chexk out Self check in for late arrival. It is nerve wracking for a foreigner not having a face to face person to talk to. Our aircon wasn’t working and so it was hard to know who to call. Eventually we figured it out, but too stressful.

EXCELENTE Ubicación, muy céntrico y mucho que ver a su alrededor. Poco aislamiento de ventanas por el ruido, calle muy céntrica.

EXCELENT Locazione ottimale il centro storico a 30/40 metri dall'hotel a sua volta un poco d'istante l'altro lato verso il fiume comunque non più di 10/15 minuti a piedi dall'hotel qualità/prezzo ottimale grande pulizia la reception(piccolina)dove la ragazza c'è solo per il tempo necessario al check-in(per chi non la fatto online)poi è

Muy bien situado Cerca del centro histórico y zona de ambiente El olor desagradable de cañerias en el baño, sobre todo una noche, no valoro el personal porque no le vi, todo va por códigos de acceso

Muy normalito para 3 estrellas La situación . No tiene recepción pero contestaban rápidamente cuando se tocaba el timbre y amables y resolutivos Muy pequeñas , una triple sin ventanas claustrofóbico, no tiene espejo de cuerpo entero, sin enchufe al lado del lavabo, baño súper pequeño.. No tiene nevera.

Recommendable Location, roof top terace The hotel company could improve the process how to change the credit card credentials if need arises. Sometimes the customer has to change credit card after the booking has been done. It was unclear whether the reservation could be kept active.
