Buen fin de semana de media maratón en Sevilla La recepción y su buen trato. Hotel ubicado muy cerca de todos los lugares más importantes de la ciudad, catedral, Plaza España, etc

Muy bueno. Cuando se acaben las obras, quedará bien. La ubicación. Poca luz en el baño, y las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas, pero confortables.

Excelent position and staff Hotel Plaza is situated in the city center, the most important monuments are nearby. The staff was very kind, in particular Marta that give us a lot of good advice about city and typical restaurant. The room was dark and in the hallway there was a smell of closed.

Marian Prima locatie, vriendelijk personeel. Kleine hotelkamer met piepkleine badkamer waar een vreselijke rioollucht hing. A.g.v. een brand in november 2017 waren 3e en 4e verdieping buiten gebruik dus geen ontbijtmogelijkheid in hotel.

Hotel Plaza Seville 3 night stay in January 2018 The location is excellent right in the middle for waling distance to Cathedral Alcazar and most sights. Were in a room on 1st floor and wifi always worked in the room. The bathroom was clean with a good shower (it did take awhile to warm up but good water pressure)and a hairdryer and small toiletries .Room had a small safe, Big single beds pushed together made for plenty of room in them. A socket each side of the bed and a bedside light and table each. 1 stand to put a suitcase on room under beds for another. Blackout shutter for window. Good welcome from lady at check in and she gave us a map, there was always someone on reception and at night the main door was locked so only guests at hotel could get in so we felt safe. Beds were very firm, bit too firm for me was giving me back ache. Socket in bathroom was very loose and only used it once because of this as it nearly came out of the wall jut touching it. Extractor didnt do much in bathroom that had no window so lot of condensation and it had the only mirror so could never see to get ready as it was so misted up. Our room was quite small there is no dressing table in bedroom and a lack of anywhere to put a soap etc in the bathroom or shower apart from the floor which was always wet from the condensation.The tv remote was not for the tv we had in the room so never worked on 1st night I told reception and she said she would sort it, never did, so tv was just an unusable item in bedroom taking up space. lift is very small. had to turn on lights ourselves in every corridor even going out of the room it was so dark every time (there are no windows) trying to get to and from the room in the corridors or stairs I walked into a stand as could not see to find a light switch which if it was for the stairs could be very dangerous light sensors should be installed that come on automatically as in other hotels I have stayed in. Best thing about this hotel is the location its ok on other things not the best but not the worst either, for what we paid its ok.

Por el precio de la habitación más no se puede pedir Precio Localización Personal Gente del resto de habitaciones que ponían el a/c todo el día y por la noche no se podía dormir Insonorización de las habitaciones pésimo

volvería a repetir la ubicación, y el trato personal no tiene calefacción, sino aire acondicionado, y con el frío no calienta igual

Una elección afortunada para ir en pareja o solo. Excelente la atención de su personal, inmejorable calidez, interés y eficiencia en cada una de las peticiones, casi como una agencia de viajes organizando y contratando. Ubicación inmejorable cerca de todas los sitios de interés y atracciones a pié. Wifi de muy buena velocidad. Estaban remodelando y no contaron con desayuno durante la estancia, lo que no fue un problema realmente por la cercanía de lugares muy agradables donde tomar desayuno.

Great location but loud every night and were not informed we couldn’t have the original room we booked. Would have like to have the option to go else where. Great location, right in the centre of Seville, the rooms were nice and modern and clean and the WIFI was brilliant! We booked a room with a terrace, when we went to the room there was no terrace, when we went down stairs to say they said that those rooms weren’t available because of a fire - we would have liked the option and feel they should of told us as this is what we had paid for. When we complained they said we could have a full refund and go else where - not great customer service!!! Shame could be a nice hotel.

Merece la pena. Está muy bien situado, puedes ir caminando a todos los sitios, tiene un parking al lado para poder dejar el coche. Las recepcionistas muy amables, te dan la información de la ciudad, Al estar muy céntrico hay muchos ruidos de la calle y las habitaciones son muy pequeñas.
