La céntrica estación de autobuses de Plaza de Armas se construyó con motivo de la Expo'92. Es bastante amplia y la de mayor salir y entrada de autobuses de diferentes destinos. La segunda es la Estación de Autobuses de Prado.

Entre los destinos más habituales aquí, salen y llegan autobuses de la propia provincia de Sevilla, de la provincia de Huelva, de Cádiz, a Badajoz, Madrid (Socibus) y a localidades, ente otras.

Algunas de las compañías de autobuses que operan en esta estación son DamasCasalAlsa y Socibus. La primera suele ser muy solicitada para ir a la Playa de Matalascañas: salen autobuses cada hora. También de aquí salen los autobuses hasta las increíbles playas del Algarve portugués.
