Excelente ubicación. Muy limpio Debido al Covid no tienen recepción. Pero lo suplen bastante bien con las claves para entrar al hotel y habitación y con un botón para contactar con ellos vía telefónica. Funciona bien, pero mejor tener un recepcionista en persona.

EXCELENT Location air con peace. Reception - email arrived in Spanish so missed vital nfo and was left sweating for 30 min with no one to talk to.

A VERY nice experience in the heart of Seville ! From the very first moment after arrival the staff was very helpful & friendly . Makes you feel at home immedeately ! Good communication before our arrival . Excellent is the location directly in the center of Seville - only 8 minute to walk to Real Alcazar / Cathedral and not even 10 minutes to the river . Unexpected many bars , pubs and restaurants `in front of the door` with a great value ! At all the perfect place for an entertaining & relaxing city-trip - we will come back to the Plaza !!! Only some little problems inside the room - for a example a unservicable reading-light beside my bed or a nearly clogged sink in the bathroom could be easy noticed and fixed by the staff . Difficult to complain this at the reception which is only available 7 hours during the day - when we`ve been already on the road ... But these are only minor things - the overall impressions were very positiv !!!

Overall the experience is normal. The staff, cleaning condition, and location is awesome. -Can consider to add hair conditioner. -the space between the bed and the furniture was less than 400mm. Too small to walk through..
